Sherborne TouchStop reset procedure
A reset can resolve some operational glitches when the handset is flashing or the chair has stopped responding.
Call 07985 222988Reset steps
- Turn the handset OFF using the small switch on the back.
- Press and hold the large reset button until the chair returns to its normal seated position.
- Disconnect the power cable directly from the transformer—not only from the wall socket. Backup batteries can otherwise continue supplying power.
- Leave everything disconnected for a full two minutes.
- Turn the handset switch back ON.
- Reconnect the power cable directly to the transformer.
