Replacement components are covered against manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- New components: 12-month warranty
- Used or refurbished components: 6-month warranty
- Manufacturing defects or failure of the replacement part itself
- Assessment with photographs or supplier information where required
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, misuse or neglect
- Bent, twisted or distorted mechanisms caused by force or impact
- Damage caused by another fault within the furniture
- Continued use after a fault becomes apparent
- Normal wear or faults in a different original component
Faults following a mechanism repair
All replacement mechanisms are fitted, tested and checked before completion. Report unusual operation, alignment concerns or faults as soon as possible—ideally within three days of fitting. Stop using the furniture if continued operation could cause further damage.
A warranty claim can only be confirmed once the nature and cause of the fault have been established. Photographs and details may be forwarded to the manufacturer or supplier for assessment.
